I feel compelled to tell you what kind of company you work for. I have recently won a very, very large arbitration. When this began I was very apprehensive at how things might turn out, not because I was wrong or because of the amount of money involved, but because the other company was deceitful and the other manager is a director of the R1SBGV. The other company's manager tried to influence decisions of the board and visited, called and wrote our owners trying to intimidate them to back off. Our owners were loyal in their support of my position and refused to be bullied.
I can not say enough about the good advice, support and loyalty I received from the ownership and management of Park Georgia Realty. I have been a Realtor for over 25 years and haven't moved around much. Before I moved 3 years ago, I looked around a lot and felt Park Georgia was my best move. I influenced about 10 people to join me. Although I have been happy with my move, you never know until a time like I've been through, on how much- support you will receive from a 100% company. In an arbitration it is the company who makes the claim - if they don't support you, its over. In my case, Park Georgia fully supported me and made some very brave decisions. We are going through a challenging market as Realtors - it is easy to forget it is also a difficult time for ownership. It- would- have been easy for them to back off and avoid the hassle. At no time was - I ever asked for any more than a $200 deal fee!!! Many thanks to Stan, Ernest, Henry and Rosemary for their support and advice. Special thanks to Eric who spent far too many hours and worried - way too much about this!! I am (and you should be) proud to be a Park Georgia Realtor!!!
